Knighty's Photography Cancellation Policy

1. Definitions

In this policy:

"Client" refers to the person or entity booking the Services with Knighty's Photography.

"Services" refers to the photography services provided by Knighty's Photography as agreed upon by both parties.

2. Cancellation by Client

a) If the Client cancels their booking more than 1 day prior to the scheduled shoot, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit, less a 10% administration fee.

b) If the Client cancels their booking within 1 day of the scheduled shoot, the deposit will be non-refundable, and the Client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Services fee.

c) Clients must provide written notice of cancellation by email to knightysphotography@gmail.com.

3. Rescheduling by Client

a) Clients may reschedule a booking without penalty if notice is given more than 1 day before the scheduled shoot.

b) If a Client reschedules a booking within 1 day of the scheduled shoot, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the total Services fee will apply.

c) All rescheduling requests must be made in writing and sent to knightysphotography@gmail.com.

4. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under this policy if such failure is due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.

5. Amendments to this Policy

Knighty's Photography reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes by email or by updates on the company's website.
